Quick checklist for submission of application

1. The Application should be filled by the applicant in her own handwriting.
2. Application form should be completed with a copy of each certificate in the order shown i.e.
   1. Attested copy of Matric examination indicating date of birth.
   2. Attested copy of 10th & 10+2 or equivalent examination’s certificate.
   3. Attested copy of 10th & 10+2 or equivalent examination’s mark sheet.
   4. Character certificate from school last attended.
   5. 6 passport size photographs.
   6. SC/ST certificate duly attested by first class magistrate (For Reserved Category Only).
   7. Extra Curricular activities certificate’s.
   8. One self stamped envelope (9”X 4”) worth Rs.25/- (Regd.). After the selection original certificate’s will be
      deposited in the office.
   9. Medical Fitness Certificate from M. B. B. S. Doctor to be produced.

Basics of Selection

1. The selection of the candidate for admission to G.N.M. / A.N.M. course will be made on the basis of merit, bases the comprehensive interview. Separate letter for interview will be issued after scrutinizing the application form Interview will be based on philosophy of Shri Guru Nanak dev Ji, General Knowledge & biological science & motivations in nursing.
2. Only top candidates will be called for interview. No T.A. / D. A. will be admissible. Appearing for interview does not necessarily mean selection. No Correspondence will be entertained by the institution concerning the rejection of the candidates. The decision of the selection board will be final. The successful candidates must deposit the fees with in three days otherwise, the seat will be offered to the next deserving candidate on the waiting list.
3. Final selection is subject to medical fitness. Medical examination will be conducted by the institute on payment which will be include investigations and vaccination e.g. TAB, Cholera, Hepatitis B etc.
4. Preliminary test in English for all selected candidates before starting classes will be held to enable them to understand language and terminology.
