Punjab Nurses Registration Council Examination
The examination of Punjab Nurses Registration Council is held in the month of March / September every year. Minimum of 50% marks are required in each subject to pass the examination. Every student has to complete 75% attendance.
Internal Examination
Internal examination are held from time to time to evaluate the progress of the student, the internal assessment of the student is based on these examinations. Students must pass both internal & external Examination’s. Those who pass will be promoted to next class.
Examination Fee’s
The students will have to pay their examination fees to Punjab Nurses Registration Council for the examination conducted by the council through the institution.
Registration
The student who are declared pass in final year examinations are eligible for the registration with Punjab Nurses Registration Council as REGISTERED NURSES AND REGISTERED MIDWIFE. The students have to pay their own registration fee to the PNRC through the Institute.
Life Membership of T. N. A. I. (Trained Nurses Association of India)
The students who are declared pass in final year examination are eligible to become life member of Trained Nurses Association of India. The students have to pay their membership fees to TNAI through the Institute as prescribed.
Leaves
- Total leaves allowed are 30 days per year for GNM & 45 days for MPHW (F) for one & half year.
- Sick leave are 10 days (to be sanctioned by medical officer of the institution, leave is not accumulated)
- Preparatory holidays are 7 days.
Note: - No leave will be given for any function at home during weekdays. Any prolonged time loss through
Sickness or otherwise must be made up as makeup days.
